Register at more then one if you prefer its fine and when you register you put how many of each item you want and then as people buy it it shows how many has been purchased even if the quantity is fulfilled it stays as an item showing there it just shows as how many purchased (if that makes sense)

Most of them just show how many of them people got for you some places don't take them off but by the name it says purchased and a number.

Also how far in advance should I create the registry?

1. I'm Due Dec. 4th and am having mine this Saturday (August 9th). I know it's a bit early but my coworker said that you're gonna have one anyways so what's it matter when it is. (Just make sure it's after the stages of risk for a miscarriage)
2. Since I bought baby stuff already, a registry (babies 'r us & Target) was really good so I wouldn't double up on a ton of stuff. A con of not having one would be you might not get something you really want and that thing could be expensive. Liek I know I have three friends going in on a nice stroller. If it wasn't on my registry I probabley wouldn't have gotten it.
3. Most of the expensive stuff i bought second-hand myself. But i put stuff ranging between $20-25 or less. That way it's not nessecarily a financial burden to some people, esp. since most people coming are in college.
4. Ultrasound pictures would ve such a neat idea! Especially of you have one of the little feet or something!
5. And I have photoshop, I guess I can try lol just lemme know!
