baby acne

My baby is 7 weeks old and has broke out all over her face. She has alot of hair so she does sweat alot. I didnt know if it was like heat bumps or from kissing her. Her face is red in areas with little pimple looking bumps. Anyone else having this problem?

yup, my son has it too. he's 8 weeks.
I ususally just wipe his face with a wet washcolth and it gets better  

I've been doing that to. I think i need to watch my other kids as soon as i turn around they are kissing her all over her face. And you know how many germs kids spread.

Yep. My daughter got it at about 6-7 weeks too. Keep it clean with water (no soap). I put Aquaphor on it to protect it from irritants. Cleared right up within a week or so.

Lydia had it.  If you breastfeed, just squirt some milk on it!
