Im confused!

So you start AF and that would make it CD1 right? so if you have a 28 day cycle do you call the 28th day CD28 or CD1 b/c you started that day. As you can see, Im a lil confused....   Or is it.....CD1-CD28 and the the 29th day is the day you start which would make it back to CD1??????????? I might be confusing you as well....haha

The day you start AF is CD 1

28 day cycle would mean you start on the 29th day aka CD 1.
