confused

I got my2nd to last period on June 9th and cramped pretty bad June 28th for a couple of hours. I got my last period on July 9th and I had horrible cramping and headaches earlier today, the 28th. I am not sure if they are ovulation pains because it is on day 20 of my 30-31 day cycle. What do you think?

Also, when is the best time to BD? I was told to do it a few days prior to O and during and a day after. If what I have are O pains should I try to BD two days prior, that day and the day after?

I'm so confused. This is not going to be our month but we are pretty set on having a summer baby!

I dont know about your schedule, but I have a 28 day schedule and I O on about day 14. We baby dance about every other day from the 10th through the 16th day of each cycle. Worked for us!

What you are experiencing could be O pains. I dont get them, so I'm not sure. From what I've heard, O pains are usually a lot more pronounced on one side or the other (usually alternating each month). I had a few spasms on the right side this month (not normal to get them at all), so maybe I Oed on the right?!?

Defainately could be the big O.

I had that horrible pain for a few months after my last baby was born. It was like double me over and take me to the hospital pain. I figured it was either from O or I had a cyst that ruptured. Either way it was very very very painful and I just wanted to cry when it happened.
