3 month old with horrible reflex (kind of long sorry)

OK my first son had horrible reflex we took him to specialist and all. Now with our new baby when he was born he threw up his regular formula the first day he was in the NICU so they switched him to Soy. Well he was on soy for about 3 weeks and he started having blood in his stool so now hes on Nutramagin. He was still throwing up that and they have me adding Cereal to the bottles. So I am pretty much making baby bottles with what looks like baby Cereal in a bottle its so thick. He was doing pretty good but hes now pucking again horrible!! I mean I thought it was spitting up but I was just reading online that spit ups shouldnt be more then a teaspoon of fluid and my sons pucking up atleast 2+ ounces at a time. He looks like someone turned on a flucet. Hes gaining weight though but hes so chunky and he has a chubby chin and its all red and chapped and theres nothing I can do to keep it from being all red and chapped. Do any of you know anything else that might help. If we set him up for even an hour it don't help and I am starting to wonder if he really is allergic to the soy and Milk because she never did test him for it and he pukes either way! Any tips or help is much appreciated!

what about smaller more frequent meals??

We are trying that and its not really working hes eatting now every 2-3 hours now. Theres been no change other then he gets mad more that hes not getting as much food in one setting and he pucks up the stuff he is getting so he gets hungry again 30 minutes after he eats the smaller bottles.

is he on meds for reflux?

They had him on Zantac from about 3 days old but he would just throw that back up they also tryed Gripe water and that was up within seconds. They just stoped all meds because for the last almost 2 months he was doing decent where I thought he was going to outgrow it soon and now hes horrible again. I am probably going to call to have him taken in tomorrow. I mean its to the point where him,myself and daddy go through atleast 4-5 outfits each a day and 10+ blankets that are soaked in spit up per day. He don't even get tummy time much because he just pukes and gets mad which I am afraid that will bring him behind to. Argh its so fustrating...

well hopefully the doc will put him on something. My son was on Prevacid for almost 8 months, it worked wonderfully

Yeah my older boy was on Zantac and Bethanacol (spelt Wrong) Which it worked great but he out grew the reflex at about 8 months when he started eatting more soild foods. So hopefully this one does the same. Thanks so much for your help.
