Bloody Show (update-he is here)

Last night I was having mild cramping and it kinda had me tossing and turning all night...well today I was having the same thing, however they are a little more intense. So I started walking some hoping it would get things started. Then I went to the restroom and when I wipped there it was, my bloody show. I have been haing these intense cramps and nothing I do make it go away. They come and go and last about 25-30 sec. but are not too regular. Some are close together while others are not. Does this mean that labor could be soon, or is this just wishful thinking?

*update* Around 7 I had my bloddy show but my contractions were not regular so when I called L&D and they said that it was most likely false labor. So I stayed home and decided to listen to music for a while to calm my nervous. Around 10:30-11:00 I woke my mom up with the worst contractions ever, went to the rest room and my water broke. We rushed to the hospital (after my sisters and mom got dressed and did their hair..lol) but anyway around 11:39 we were at the hospital and after the nurse took literally an hour to get me admited she checked me and seen that I was already 8-9 cen dialated (no time for any meds   lol. They ran me to the delivery room and after 3 pushes (10 min) I had him...

sounds like it's starting!! Keept timing those contractions and keep moving around!

I wish my Dr would let me wait, I am nervous to get induced, but since I have no progress or dilation she is having me go in wed afternoon and again wed night to get a gel put on my cevix to see if they can get me to start to dilate and start labor with a little help, but otherwise I have to go in Thursday morning at 6am and they are going to induced me...

Women! Have lots and lots of sex!!!!!!! The spermies help dialate you, walk to help drop the baby, and hot showers to calm the contractions if u have any. Do squats as well to drop that baby. You too over due, that lil boyneeds to see light and mommy already. LOL!

lol oo I have done it all, I am sick of sex, and I never thought I would say that!! We were doing it up to 3 times a day for the past about 4 weeks lol (not 3 time everyday!) and I had blisters on my feet from walking sooo much over the weekend!! and still no contractions... but I am have a little bit of lower back pain tonight, I doubt its anything though lol I have stopped getting my hopes up!

Thanks all...and you were right I had him that night (well) early the next morning. Just got home yesterday and very excited.
