6 months old today

My Little Miss is growing up.... 6 months have gone by already! I celebrated her half-birthday by taking her to work with me (it helps when the bosses andmost of my coworkers are out-of-town at a meeting LOL). She was a good little baby, and even helped me at the computer:



After we got home, Paige decided to relax in her Bumbo chair. Being half a year old is hard!


My due date was April 23, so in adjusted time Paige is 3 months old. As far as I can tell, she is hitting milestones according to her adjusted age. Hasn't started to catch up at all to her real age yet. She babbles, smiles, blows bubbles, can push down with her legs to "stand" with support, and can hold her head up for 5-10 minutes (depending on the position). Paige has only rolled over a handful of times, mostly because she HATES it and cries immediately afterward. My silly little 3/6 month old girl!

Oh you are so lucky. I read your profile story thing and you had me in tears. You must be blessed to have your daughter. She'll catch up to her milestones. She is so beautiful and you can't tell she was premie. lol

thats great! glad to hear she has gotten through another milestone!! before you know it she will be crawling around getting into stuff

Oh my God she is getting so big! She is a cutie! Man its just amazing seeing them grow! its like yesterday they were so tiny and now they are getting so huge!

She weighs approximately 12 lbs now (according to the bathroom scale).

Awww, thanks for the head comment.   I do think it is starting to grow out a bit on the sides now that she is holding her head up more. I'm anxious to see what the pedi says next month.

We don't do daycare for Paige... my husband works nights so he watches her during the day, then I take over when I get home. Poor hubby is getting the raw deal since Paige started sleeping through the night.   Yesterday was a nice sleep-in day for him (although he admitted missing the Little Miss).

AWW she is so cute! She has pinchable cheeks I love them. She is getting so big. It is like wow they where so little and now just growing like a week.

Ohh yeah that stinks, the whole working night, baby in the day. I did that for 2 years. I didn't think she went to daycare, I was just confused =) And yes, I do think her head is reshaping nicely.

She is looking fantastic mama, what a cutie pie   Thats nice shes helping her mum out at work, get her trained up early lmao! Only kiddin, bet it was nice to have her there with you, looks like she had good fun   She's the same size as DS (8mo), sounds like they are about the same developmentally too. ***Happy 6 months Paige***
