Normal anxiety?

I am so nervous and paranoid about everything. I constantly think there is something wrong with Addison when I know she is perfectly healthy. If my boyfriend doesn't answer his phone, I automatically assume something terrible has happened. I'm literally worried about every single person that is close to me. After I calm down and am reassured that everything is okay, I realize how unreasonable I was being....but it always happens again. I couldn't fall asleep last night because I was so stressed about nothing in particular.

I really don't think that this is normal. It's more than just the occasional worrying...it's unreasonable and way too frequent. I'm concerned that this could stress me out so much that it could affect the baby.

Has anyone been there? I really don't know what to do.

i'm right there with you. I worry about every little thing. I cant stop thinking about bad things happening to my sons, my parents even my dogs. My mom keeps telling me its a normal pregnancy thing.

you should tell your dr. and take it easy..

i'm on the same page, girl. It scares me shitless. I think the worst no matter what it is. Lately, I'm freaking out about there not being any food in the house, I'm like, "Why's everyone gotta eat everything this is RIDICULOUS." Everyone just tells me to shut up. =D.

ive been under quite a bit of stress myself. My mother left for heaven on May 30th so Im sad a lot...but the doctor says the baby is fine, and trust me, I feel verrrrrry stressed.

It's just like, if I'm this bad now, how stressed out will I be when she's here? I'm already at a pretty high risk for PPD so this makes me even more concerned.

I'm like that all the time lately. It sucks. I hate not being able to have control over my emotions. Hopefully it gets better soon.

I'm like that too.
When my boyfriend drops me off at my house, i make him call me as soon as he gets home. If he doesn't answer his phone, or call in a certain period of time i get so nervous and think that the worst has happened to him. I'm nervous that something will happen to Caiden and i won't be able to control it, or that something bad has happened to my family. I'm so paranoid!

i thought i wa sthe only one , once my boyfriend fell asleep and didnt call me,,, i called some hospitals !! and my sister iis going to florida on wednesday im soo worried about her going,, and my baby wasnt moving too much the other day im liek shaking my stomache for her to much ( and then she kicked me hard liek what the hell stop lol )

At least I know it's not just me!
