standing!?

Lucas is 6 months [& 10 days] and he just started crawling last week. Well, late night I watched him crawl to the bookshelf, pull himself to stand up and start pulling movies off the shelf. Then today, he pulled himself to stand up again.

Standing at 6 months? This is crazy. But then I talked to my MIL, and find out Jason was WALKING by 7 1/2 months!  
Dear God, that's too soon.  

My hubby walked at 9 1/2 months (his name is Jason, too lol). My daughter is 5 1/2 months and is on the verge of crawling.

6 months seems early to stand, but it's not unheard of. Maybe he'll be an early walker just like his daddy!

Lorelai started pulling herself up around 7 or 8 months. I would be so sad if she started walking THAT early though   haha.

My son walked at 8 months, I was proud and scared at the same time! Good luck and don't forget all the fun baby proofing!

my son was pulling up on everything and walking around the tables at 6-7 months. He started walking on Friday too. He is only 10 months old. Crazy!

Yep. Lyric pulled himself to standing before he was 6 months old.

He does it ALL the time now, and is beginning to cruise.

It goes by way too fast.

(thank god he's finally learned to fall on his butt instead of his head..but it took him until a couple weeks ago to learn that) haha.

Hahaha. We put a bench on it's side and laid it in the doorway, since we don't have any gates yet. He crawled to it, and pulled himself up to stand. Instead of falling over, he got back down to his knees then sat. lmao
