Maybe you're not breastfeeding often enough? I've never really had a serious supply issue. Check these links out. Maybe something in there can help.

Dr. Jack Newman is great.

That is great! Totally call before that though in case they have some advice in the meantime between now and the next meeting...really, they expect calls at all hours and there should be a few leaders listed and call until you get one. With my first, I called near midnight one horrible night when I was having major issues and met with her the next day. The meeting was almost 2 weeks later and myself, I wouldnt have made it that long, just my personal experience of course.

I didn't in anyway say that,
I just think after all that testing the milk goes through there's absolutely nothing that would stop me from giving it to my baby..
I'd feel better about that than formula..

I agree with the 'cows milk' theory

Quoting JEM79 "I wouldnt give them milk from a bank because its pasturized, thus all the live cells in it that are so good for fighting infections etc are killed. Instead, I would have a friend pump and donate."

This is true. Plus, the milk donated is usually frozen and therefore loses some nutrition value. You will still need to supplement with either your milk or formula in order for them to get the nutrition needed. However, it is still considered better than formula alone. Some of the antibiotic properties do survive the pasteurization process and therefore there is limited immunity for diseases. Of course, it would be diseases that the donor baby has been exposed to, not your baby.

Yeah well,it came out sounding like that.

And as I said,I wouldnt do it I wouldnt feel right ever and there is nothing wrong with formula I'm so sick of this I hear it all the time it really hurts me.

Totally, and I didnt add but I would choose "from a friend" donated milk and *then* banked milk before I'd ever use formula...those would be my first 2 options if I was unable to produce milk.
