omg, im 19 weeks and 4 days pregnant, im still totally worried about the whole spina bifida situation. but my sister is like 3-4 months pregnant and she has been having so much complication with her pregnancy, i worrie that she is going to have a mis carrage and i have been trying to tell her she needs to slow down on allot of the stuff she has been doing, does any one have any suggestions as to a nice way to tell her she is going to end up losing the baby?

What makes you think she is going to lose her baby...? Also, at your 20 week appointment they'll check for spina bifida...It would be very clear if they had it, so they'll clear things up for you.
