I believe my midwife tol me I could only take regular Robitussin. It also could just be due to the pregnancy. Call and speak to the nurse at your Dr.'s office they can tell you. I hope you feel better.

Garlic (either a clove of it or the capsules), Vitamin C and Echinacea tincture all work great to kick the ass of a cold!   Just dont get the echinacea with goldenseal, as goldenseal is not good while pregnant. You can also take Airborne.
I use that combination rather than taking Tylenol Coldbecause tylenol doesnt' actually help you fight the cold, it just masks the symptoms. Plus, I dont really like the idea of taking drugs while preggo, even if it is just painkillers and decongestants!   I have taken it when I'm absolutely desperate for symptom releif though. I just prefer to help my body get rid of those nasty germs as quickly as possible!

thank you all so much. I would call my doc's office now, but the symptoms just recently hit me and im at work   so by the time i get out here their closed lol....Im not one to take medicine for every little thing..and especially being pregnant i dont want to. About the garlic, haha thats the one thing that causes me to have morning sickness (anytime of the day if i get a whiff) lol but ill look into the airborne though. Thanks Reesie, i hope i do to haha.
