peeing myself... ??

ok i just finished puking ---gross i know but i leaked or peed myself a bit while doing so... does anyone know why?? this hadnt happened before id get a bit wet but now it was noticable on my part not really sorry if this is tmi but i really wanna know why this happened or if theres anyway of preventing it...

added pressure, hormones weakening the muscles and pregnancy in general.
Do Kegals....pelvic floor exercises...it can get worse if you dont do the kegals

It happened to me alot between my 20 and 25 weeks. You just gotta do alota kegels and remember to SQUEEZE if you are puking, laughing, sneezing, anything like that lol It may be the baby sitting on your bladder thats what one person told me. Good luck Mama hopefully it doesn't get worse!
