well i think you should go give them to a shelter or somewhere that will take newborn kittens and thier mommy!
dont just throw them on the street.. would you throw your newborn out on the street becuase you were allergic to its skin or something?

i know plenty of people who are allegric to cats but are still nice to them i have an aunt whos allergic and she has two of her own!
just put them in a large box in the garage in the coner a box lagre enough to fit thier litter as well. its warm enough now that they should be fine!
let mom nurse them until they are about 6-8 weeks old and then sell them!
you should look at this as a good thing you can make a profit off kittens thats money in your pocket.. you dont have to be so rash and harsh to them, just put them in a box and vaccumm the house. the dander and the smell will go away! trust me i have a cat and if litter is changed regualrily it WILL NOT SMELL!
Ps im bringing my baby home to my cat. hes my First baby hes 11 years old i wouldnt kick him out becuase his litter smells i would do something about it i would move the litter or i would ask my boyfriend nicely to clean it( but he does that anyways so)..
just tell your husband you will let him keep them for about 6 weeks if he promises to keep the litter up to par. Not only does it smell but its harmful to the kittens and to you if you inhale it he should be more cautious of this.. dont try and clean the litter yourself.
good luck.

The problem with making a profit off of them is that it's kitten season and people are giving them away because all the litters are being born around this time

Yes, unfortunately, cats are not high on the list of wanted animals. Many people end up getting one just to keep it from being put down. (That's how we have one, and my sister got hers from a Pet Rescue organization.) And, putting them in a box in the garage - sorry.. that's not best either. Kittens can find themselves in all kinds of bad situations if left to their own like that (ours ended up trapped in an electricity tower thing for a couple days, before we were able to rescue him, and he wasn't a newborn either - just in case anyone's worried, he wasn't hurt) - they need somewhere that will look after them.

I would google cat rescue organizations for your area and, like I said, talk to a local pet store - especially PetSmart. But please, if you take them to a shelter, make sure it is a NO-KILL shelter.

did you know that if you are allergic to the cats that the dander they will leave behind will stay in your carpets for weeks. that is going to really suck especially if your baby is also allergic to the cat.
i have a cat and i lover her to death but if i had to choose between my baby being healthy and my cat there would be no hesitation. allergies to animals do not run in my family so i was only mildly concerned about my kids being allergic to my cat.
seriously though cats have babies all of the time on the streets and the babies survive. that's how we ended up with so many cats before, everyone kept dropping their pregnant mommy cats off at our house because we lived in the country. cats have survival instincts that will kick in if they are left outside.
all that being said though i would definitely take the cat to the shelter. but the shelter in my county is a no kill shelter. i find cats and i take them there all of the time b/c our town has a cat problem. they are always getting into people's trash. i would not take the cat to a shelter that did not have a no kill policy.

Being allergic to cat dander is highly rare...it's more common to be allergic to dog dander. Allergies to cats stem from their saliva actually.

Regardless, growing up around animals staves off allergies...much like growing up in a house w/ some dirt staves off other allergies AND asthma. It's all about exposure in the right doses.
