Has anyone else felt a pop and then gone in to labor?

I posted another topic earlier...and one lady told me she felt a "pop" in her belly before going in to labor with all four of her children...and it wasn't her water breaking. I just felt such a pop this morning that it woke me from sleep and since it happened I have been having contractions. has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?

I haven't experienced this but I did want to stop by to show my support and I hope things progress quickly for you!

That happened to me! I thought I felt something pop and went into the doctor and I was in labor.

Ive heard of people feeling a pop and it was their membranes rupturing.

did you have any water leak out?

nooo, not really which is why it is wierd, but it woke me from a dead sleep and since then I have been having stronger contractions than the ones I have been having lately.

Probably you should call the doc or L&D because maybe your bag of water popped but the baby's head is blocking it so you didnt really notice water?

that is what I was thinking too, but I keep laying down and getting up and sitting down and standing up....and nothing! Unless he just isn't budging at all..I would think at least a little would come out...but maybe not?

i'm playing the waiting game...lol. i'm not dialated anymore and my fluid is low but not dangerous...which is great, but i want her out

Well it is good it isn't in the dangerous level...had me worried for a bit there! I bet marley will be here so soon! I am predicting...no later than August 2nd!

Hows it going? Anything happening yet?
BTW USMbabyontheway - Marley was my pick for a girl, I'm a huge fan of Bob Marley (They copied me in the movie I am Legend!lol) but Hubby wanted Georgie. But after months of fighting, we ended up having a boy.lol

So.... Popping = Labor??? I only heard one pop earlier and I was going crazy thinking what could it be? I thought it was my water also and nothing came out
