Horrible pain down there?!?

For the past 4 hours i have been cramping like period cramping badly.....
I laid down and since then there has been terrible sharp shooting pains in my vag and what feels to be my rectum too, just that whole area....
I tried to sleep but keep twinging in pain down there once every minute or other minute.
Its a constant cramping with the sharp shooting pain.. Almost to the point where i whimper out loud

WHAT IS GOING ON? Does anyone have an idea? I cant go to sleep like this....

Oh and i think i should mention i THINK i lost part of my mucous plug like half an hour prior to the cramps...... I got my cervix checked on tuesday and he said i would SPOT. Which i did. but like 35 hours after that i had alot of dark red goop that came out all a once, so im not sure...... IM SORRY ITS SO LONG I JUST DONT HAVE ANYONE ELSE TO ASK AND IM SERIOUSLY ABOUT TO CRY

I couldn't tell you whats going on, but call a doctor right away. I hope the best for you!

I can't honestly say what to do because Ive never been there, but if I were you Id be calling the doctor or heading on in to the hospital. Ive had the the pains, cramping and pressure but not the spotting.

You should contact your doctor. The red stuff could have been your bloody show..and the pain could be contractions. Is your stomach getting hard at all?

I have had a few contractons (like 1 every 10-15 minutes) but irregular and lasting about 30 seconds.
I called my mom and she was mad i am not already at the hospital...... i am gonna leave now........... i really cant handle it anymore
