We hope that, while likely getting heated, these discussions will remain civil. We want to encourage the serious exchange and sharing of ideas and opinions. We do not want to be moving posts to the drama corner.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE DEBATING IN HERE. WHILE WE ASK THAT YOU NOT MAKE PERSONAL ATTACKS, YOU ARE ALLOWED AND ENCOURAGED TO REFUTE (attack) ANY STATEMENTS BY OTHERS THAT YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH, IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DO SO FACTUALLY.

We are discussing ideas, but we are also debating them. This means that we are providing factual information to back up our opinions, and we are attempting to prove through these facts why we think our position is "right", and consequently prove through these facts why opposing views are "wrong".

Everyone is welcome in D&D, but be prepared that people WILL argue your viewpoints in an attempt to invalidate them. This is not an attack on you or your beliefs, it is the nature of debate.

I know, that boss to me is the funniest part of the whole movie, him and milton. I have a picture of milton on my cubicle wall and he is holding his stapler and underneath him I put "I believe you have my stapler" lol no one else in my office seems to get it, because they are older and havnt seen the movie but hey.... damn it feels good to be a gangsta!
