Setting the Appointment lol

Okay this is my first pregnancy so give me a break guys jeez lol (= just teasingggg....AnywhoO! I already have paperwork stating I took a PT which YAY! , came out positive. . . . . . SoOoOo now what. . . . . Do I just go to any random doctor and be like " AyoO I need an ultrasound so I can see my little molecular baby at its best." (( lol dont worry I wouldnt really do it like that, although some may get a kick out of it )) or is there a specific doctor or place I need to call? Thanks so mucho lotSz!

You need to see an obstetrician.

If you are sexually active you should be seeing an OB/GYN.

You'll want to see in obstetrictian or OB/GYN

You should talk to your friends and relatives who have had babies or who are pregnant. They should be able to recommend some good doctors (OB/GYN'S) to you and then call around to find out which ones accept your health plan and are accepting new patients. If you have no friends or relatives with babies, call your health plan and they can give you a list of accepted providers who are accepting new patients. Call one you pick out and have a consultation with them...if you like them go ahead and schedule an appointment.

oh you cant deliver the baby by yourself?...geeze

You'll want to find an OB/GYN...that way you can continue seeing them after your pregnancy. They probably won't see you until at least 8 week ssince your LMP. And not all doctors do early sonograms. I didn't get one with either pregnancy.
