Quoting Proud Mom Of 2 Boys: My son was circumcised this morning and his doctor wasn't there to do it so another doctor did it. I ... [snip!] ... So my question is what is the best way to clean it? I had my first son 5 years ago and can't really remember. Thank you
Quoting WiFeY- MoMMy- PReGGo [P&F: Put a glob of vaseline on a piece of gauze big enough to cover his winky... put it over his winky at every diaper change until its healed... keep it pulled back so it doesnt heal over thoSo I should keep gauze on it all the time? And another question do you think it would be ok to give him baby tylenol?

Quoting WiFeY- MoMMy- PReGGo [P&F: until its healed yes, because otherwise it will stick to the siaper and that can be painful when you take it off... unless hes fussy you dont need to give him anything...Well shoot. They didnt tell me any of this lol. Now I need to go buy gauze. Doesn't the gauze stick too? God I feel bad because I can't remember from my first

And another question do you think it would be ok to give him baby tylenol?I put gauze over it at every diaper change until I ran out of A and D ointment. They just gave me a little tube of it so I just used it all up. It was probably a week or 2.
Quoting *Aidan's Adoring Mommy*: until its completely healed you don't really clean in, just make sure there's a good amount of vaseline ... [snip!] ... regular mild soap and water, just remember to pull it back each time you clean it, especially if you plan to use baby powder...Well I was reading something about just using warm water. And to use vaseline. I dont use baby powder either lol. So just LOTS of vaseline.. When do they start feeling better?

Quoting *Aidan's Adoring Mommy*: Aidan's took about9 days to fully heal after getting it done. We just kept using the vaseline, globbing ... [snip!] ... globbing it on at EVERY diaper change and then once it was healed we just go about washing it/wiping it like normal...Thank you
Quoting Proud Mom Of 2 Boys: Thank you
