Is this normal?

So yesturday I had my last appt. before I get induced tomorrow morning. Yesturday after my appt and my doctor checking me when I came home and used the restroom I had alot of blood. I called the doc and they said its normal but if it continues to call back. Well after that I had a little bit of blood but not much. But since then I have had alot of dark discharge that gets my underwear really wet everytime it comes out. Ive had to change them 2 times already today. Is this normal? I lost my mucus plug about 2 weeks ago and havent had really dark discharge since a couple days after.

I think you should call again!! It doesn't sound normal to me...but I could be wrong!!

I don't want to scare you but in my limited experience that's not good. I bled heavily after every internal I had but I had a previa and wasn't supposed to be internal checked they just didn't know about cuz it had been missed at every ultrasound. Has that been ruled out for you?

Well the first time I got checked I didnt bleed or have dark discharge but the last time I had some dark discharge and this time a bleed some and now since then have had alot of dark discharge. I didnt have any problems when I got checked with my previous child.

Did your doctor strip your membranes to try to move things along before your inducement? Either way I would still call if the discharge is dark in color wether it is a lot or a little, frequent or not...just to be safe. I hope that everything goes well for you and your baby...good luck!

I just called the doc and told them whats going on and the nurse is going to speak with my doc and call me right back. Im nervous now!

No he didnt strip me or anything just a normal check.

They just called back and said that as long as its not bright red that everything should be okay. They said to just lay down and prop up my feet and relax before tomorrow.
