ive not read up on this much so this may be common knowledge. but how did "he" get pregnant?? his wife certainly didnt do it!

Yes he still has the girl parts but I belive he has gone to corut and changed to a male for the dmv and things like that.

i thought she had a penis???.... like she underwent a sex change for real and still had her female parts inside...so how did the baby come out??... it said she was in labor for 40 hours...i swear i read that she was having a c section......

you are right about the c-section but it never goes into detail about her genitalia. It just says breasts removed and kept reproductive organs so i'm assuming that includes a vagina??

Thomas had his breasts removed ten years ago but chose to keep his female reproductive organs because Nancy, 45, had undergone a hysterectomy.

When the time came, he had to stop taking his sex-change testosterone hormone so he could start ovulating again.

He fell pregnant with twins on his first attempt using donor sperm bought from a cryogenic sperm bank. Thomas was inseminated by Nancy at home using a special syringe from a VET who looked after their pet birds—because a baby clinic turned them away.

"I asked for a syringe without a needle," said Nancy. "They gave us one and we got our container of sperm."

Thomas had an ectopic pregnancy and lost the embryos and a fallopian tube. But against the odds a second try worked—and the baby will be delivered by caesarean section by obstetrician Dr Kimberly James on July 3.

"It was always a clear decision that we wanted to have children and for me not to remove my organs," said Thomas.

New question..... so the wife is BFing but she had a hysterectomy? How is that possible? I thought a hysterectomy stopped your body from producing hormones which would mean no hormones to trigger BM.

I could be wrong i'm not expert on the subject.

She was taking hormones... So I guess the artificial hormones were enough.

It was reported I think he/she did not have a c-section. THey have only released info to people.
