ankle and leg pains

ive started getting cramps oin my legs and a piercing pain in my ankle(feels nlike someone is sticking a push pen into my ankle what could it be? and how do i get rid of it

Cramps in your legs are normal, try more water and potassium. I'm not sure what to tell you about the ankle?
