attn MARA- stroller customer service reviews?

Mara-
I heard a new website format is underway. My question is, can there be an option to read about a particular stroller and their customer service?
For example, I have heard great things about Baby Jogger, bad things about Maclaren and Valco, but I dont know anything else about any other companies, especially newer ones.
Can that be put into consideration when changes are made here?
