Dr apppt today vent

So I went to the Dr today and had my cervix checked for dilation. He said that I was 50% effacedand 1-2 cetimenters. I was checked like 2 weeks ago and it was basically the same. Granted I love feeling my lil one but I am so ready to go into labor. My back is really starting to kill me. I feel like Im going to be pregnant forever. Its worse because I found out I was prego at like 3 weeks so Ive been waiting forever. Anyways can she still come early with no signs or do you dilate and efface a lil at a time???

It just depends on your body. She could come tomorrow if she wanted to. Your body just has to progress the way it wants to, all you can do is wait it out. Good luck though. Easy labor dust to you!
