2 cm dialated?

Today at my apt my cervix was checked and i was 2 cms and 80% effaced.
About how long do you think before i start labor?
My Dr set tuesday the 29th to induce me if it hasnt started by itself.

It could be a few days up to weeks. Every person's different.

Heyyy same here =) Although I am 2cm 70% effaced. My induction is thurs the 31st. Is there a reason why they are inducing you in your 38th week?

agreed. dialation doesn't predict when you'll go into labor

I'm jealous. I'm nothing. And I'm due in a week. -sniff-

My baby is in the 8-6 percentile, so pretty small, and the doctor said he doesnt want to keep him in there any longer than he has to be

Oh really? Ok so i dont have to be AS worried about coming sooner than next tuesday.
