Ignore her when she acts that way, once she doesn't get a reaction out of you it will get old.

she acts like she's barking & then acts like she's going to give me a kiss & then licks me. or sometimes she'll lick me & make this slurping sound & go "mmm yummy!" lol. i just try to ignore it. i'm thinking it just might be a stage? idk though.

I think lots of kids go throught this stage. My cousin used to try to eat off the floor and lick peoples shoes. She got through that stage and is now very normal. I would discourage the licking but encourage imagination. We have 2 dogs so I can see this as something that my children will di.
