Really I dont see anything wrong with it.
I mean I wouldnt get it done........just for the simple fact I already have a boy and a girl. So it didnt matter to me n my hubby what this one was. Which turned out to be another lil boy. So ...but if it was turned around And I had all 3 boys or all 3 girls. Then I wouldnt see anything wrong with getting it done.

I think it's amazing what we can do now with all the advances in medicine.
However, I would just let nature take its course.
Im curious to see what I would concieve by nature lol

I believe you concieve and have whatever gender your meant to have. u are only given what u can handle. my mum had 4 girls (me being the youngest girl) and then fell pregnant with my little brother by surprize when i was 10 months old. maybe with the next baby make sure u keep telling ur hubby to think boy! boy! boy! lol... hahaha

I've read about naturally selecting the gender. The sperm with the x chromosome supposedly swims slower than the sperm with the y chromosome. So, if you have sex at the peak of ovulation you are supposed to be more likely to have a boy or at the beginning of ovulation for a girl. We would like to have another boy so I will be trying this when we are ready to ttc again.

Quoting CarrieAnne08:“ I've heard of people doing this along with choosing the child's hair and eye color. To be honest when ... [snip!] ... a little over board. I say natural. Sides if I only get boys which may very well be I'll adopt a little girl that needs a home.”
I totally agree. I don't want many children but I do want a girl and a boy.
And there are so many children already out there in need of a good home.
