Almost 5 moths, but just recently started rolling over

ok so at almost 3 1/2 months old sephie started roling over, illi started at 4 1/2. they've started laughing, and stuff, but don't get upset if other people hold them, or reach for toys just within their reach. they seem to be growing well, is it too soon to say?
