just thought i'd share

So, .. on Saturday i went into the hospital because my feet and ankles are SO swollen thye feel like balloons lol. I was going in to make sure there was circulation goin to them and everything. I went up to labor and delivery for them to check and they put the baby on the monitor like usual. He had a great healthy heart beat, but at one point during the monitoring there was one drop in the HR so they called the doctor in ( i had to wait an hr for him to get there- jus chillin watching the TV in there.. haha). He came in to do an ultrasound to measure the amount of amniotic fluid around the baby. He said it was a 9 and above a 5 is good so everything looks ok. I think it made them really worried though because they are having me come in again today to check stuff again. The doc really wanted to stip my membranes but since my GBS was positive they said they can' t. He said he might induce me early but we'll see after today! I wouldnt mind of course, cause my swelling is so bad i can barely walk during the day because it hurts after a bit.   but hopefully i'll get some good news today. When the doc was doing the ultrasound we saw that it was DEFinitely a boy because he pointe dout the testicles and everything. They looked so big for a baby! lol. hehe   But yea, just thought i'd put my story out there, i felt like talking lol.

well hon i hope all is well, and you just sit and be lazy its your right.... and keep your feet up.. good luck at the doc today..

Uh huh..You went in hoping they would induce you then...Lol..JK....

Its good that everyhing is going well with your baby..I think that drop in heartrate would have scared me..

Hopefully you get some good news today!
