cramps

I am 12 weeks pregnant with my first baby and extremely nervous about everything. I think I am paranoid about everything to.... I am having cramps throughtout the day on and off, I talked to one of my friends and she said its my muscles stretching already... I thought it was too early for me to be showing but i have a pretty good size bump... is it normal to have all those cramps?

Very normal...I had them until the middle of my 4th month.

yes its normal. stop stressing.

yes it is, also if your not keeping hydrated then you can be having cramping. Try laying on your left side and drink some water

yeah. The early pregnancy cramps are from your uterus stretching. As you enter your second trimester, most women start to have round ligament pains which are also felt as cramping from all the stretching going on.

If you have a bump and cramps...

I'd say your also constipated and haven't takena poop in a while.

Take some Coleace and drink some water.
