insurance help... please! :D

I don't know why but I have no freaking clue how to understand my bills. I will get one saying I owe $$ for something, but it says its not a bill. So when do I get the actual bill? It's been over 2 months since I've had my baby. When I look up my claims history on myuhc.com, it has patients responsibility and how much has been paid., but the thing is, I had some gall bladdar problems so I have been in the hospital ER 5 different times between may and june and I did not pay my $150 copay but the website says patient responsibility is $150 and that $150 has been paid for all 5 visits. But I have definitely not paid for any of them. Can someone help?

My insurance sends me what looks like a bill but isnt...it just shows all the charges. Your best bet is to call and ask!! I never worried about it until I saw a bill!
