When did your baby talk?

I'm just wondering, when did everybody's baby start to talk? My son is 10 months old and just makes noises. He does say Dada but not at anything particular. I can get him to wave hi but that's all.

My daughter (my oldest) started talking at about 8 or 9 months...but my 2nd child (my oldest son) never said a word until he was almost 2. I knew he could verbalize but he just didn't have anything to say.

I wouldn't worry if he doesn't talk much unless he NEVER talks. Once he has something to say he just might not shut up.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. I didnt talk much until I was almost 2 and then I never shut up. My daughter started talking when she was about 9 months. Crazy enough the first thing she said was "my blanket." she is obsessed with that blanket!

Easton only really says Dada. He occasionally says "uh oh" or "done" but it isn't consistent.
