Spotting during pregnancy

i am 9 weeks pregnant and have been spotting all day long. it's been mostly brown blood, but there has been some red. my doctor's office is closed because it is sunday, and i called the ER but they wouldn't give me any medical advice over the phone. they only said they are there if i chose to go there.
the thing is i have had a miscarriage, and it was not like this. the blood was a very heavy flow, it was red and i was in pain from cramping. i am not experiencing any of that. so i don't know if my body would miscarry differently, or if it is just normal spotting or what.... any advice? please!

Go to the ER. They can do an u/s. As long as you can see a heartbeat then everything will be fine.

i spoted brown blood(some pink 0 up untill i was 13 weeks , and everything was fine

When i 1st got pregnant ...during the time i was suppose to get my period i was spotting but it was just for one or two days..but no more than that..its normal to spot at the beginning..but my blood was brownish and bearly nothing..

i want to go to the ER, but during my first pregnancy, which ended in a miscarriage, i went into the ER and was there for 5 or 6 hours. they basically took a lot of blood, and told me to come back in a few days to draw more blood. i don't want to go through all of that again. but if i am still spotting tomorrow i am going to go in. it sucks because i know if i am going to miscarry there is nothing i can do anyway.
