STD testing

I just read about two other threads right now discussing STDs. My question is can you get a FREE test for various stds if your underage??.. without parental consent/notification??

yes maim..just go to the nearest health department or family clinic

maybe, if you have insurance thatll cover it..go to planned parenthood..you dont need to have a parent with you.

idk about where you are at but there is a place in Indiana you can, probably if you are low income or underaged and don't want your parents to know, it seems like they have them around college campuses

Thank you!!!!!! I just got a little scared when i was reading some other threads about haveing different STDs.. I think its time for me to get tested!

Do you know how long it will take (average) to get results back?. Or will that be different from clinic to clinic?

everytime I have been tested at my doctors office or the walk in place they never called back, they said if there is something wrong they will call you otherwise you wont hear back from us

yea insurance would be a BIG problem too. b/c i honestly dont know much about the insurance my momhas for us.

im not sure but if you have symptoms of somthing they will give you the medicine to take home with you.you should find the nearest free health clinic or health department an call to find out! good luck..

they used to test me when i got my yearly pap. then if it shows on your insurance you can just say it's routine to test for that stuff.
