Are you going to swaddle your baby? If so the Swaddleme things have ones that are 100% cotton and they work so good. I used one up until Jae was 5 months then she grew out of it and I can't seem to find any of the large ones anywhere.

I was actually thinking of taking the store bought one apart and copying the pattern and then making it bigger. But I think that would be I don't know like plagiarism?

I use cloth diapers. Don't know how big they are, but they're softer, 100% cotton, and cheaper.

lmao!! I think it's ok as long as your not trying to sell them or anything. That's actually a good idea but how would you do that? (asking for tips b/c I'm going to try it)

babies r us has large ones. just got one for my son

Well I take it apart at the seams, iron the pieces out, then lay them out on a piece of newspaper. Then following the copied pattern I make it bigger or take it to the copy shop to enlarge. Though I don't even know where to find the super soft velcro things, but I have at least 4 moths to look around lol.

I think the closest oneto me is about 1 1/2 hours away. I know the toys-r-us in my town used to have the large ones but I've been checking and they're all out.

we don't do anything in particular....our typical wash routine is All Free liquid detergent, extra rinse, max extract. And we use off-brand Free dryer sheets. I believe we have soft water too.

Sewing is one of my passions, but since I got pregnant I have just been too lazy. Maybe this will get me in the mood again.

have you tried checking online? my son wouldnt sleep through the night if i didnt have a swaddle for him!

I have but I haven't found the place to order and I need to buy one of those visa reloadable cards.
