Hard belly, and lots of pressure??

My boyfriend and I had sex this afternoon at about 3 oclock . . . It is now 7 oclock, and since we did the deed, I have had really bad CONSTANT pressure down there, and my stomach has been hard as a rock for the past 4 hours.. Any ideas what is causing it?? It's never happened before.

Irritated Uterus or contractions. But for me if i overdid it i would get a really hard belly from a irritated uterus. Asked my doctor and thats what he said. Just take it easy and not have sex anymore today. LOL.
