My daughter sperm donor {vent}

okay, BG.. so i was in a relationship with this indiviual and in the mist of what i thought was a perfect relationship i got pregnant. it was'nt a surprise becasue we wasnt using nay kind of birth control... He ended our relationship dec,2007. i was like some week's pregnant. and from that day on he hasnt done anything for my daughter. no money. the only thing i've gotten from him is fucking stories... now i see why females result to child support... i wanna cry so bad!... as if him not being involved in my pregnancy wasnt enough, now im getting the run around...

please any advice would help.

I'm really sorry you have to go through this. My best friend had her baby when she was 16 (about two years ago) and the "dad" hasn't done ONE thing for her child since then. I know it's hard, but you can't force him to be there for you or the baby. My suggestion is when the baby is born to get a child support order. A lot of girls have told me that their ex's want to be in the baby's life once they see him/her born. I hope everything works out and he acts like a man. But if not I would go to court about child support and custody. Good luck hun.

I can't say i know what your going through but you've been strong and gotten this far, and that dummy doesn't know what he's missing....I know this is easier said than done...but your angel is almost here and try to be as strong as you can for her, she needs you =0) ....your mommy and daddy for her...and if he can't man up...take his ass to court

I know how ya feel, I have 2 boys from 2 previous relationships. Men are just assholes (Not all though) I took one of those guys to court and now receive child support ( He is in his son's life) My other son's father disappeared while I was pregnant and haven't seen him since (my son will be 5 in october) But in the mist of all that drama I found an amazing man who loves my boys like he is their father.

So don't worry, Your daughter doesn't need a father like that anyways. She'll be just fine w/ a great Mommy

Except(excuse my language) I dont give a fuck.
I'm collecting child support though. He will not pay, He will not show up for any hearing so I just gave up hope.
My daughter gets all the love she needs from me. I don't need him , and she doesn't need him. He's never saw her , left me when I was 8 weeks pregnant. And I haven't heard from him since. The only reason the DNA test was done , was because he went to jail for an underage.

Like I said , don't take it to heart. You'll get over it when you realize how big of a piece of shit he is.

My ex did the same thing to me with my son and well I am glad.. Ive moved on and married a wonderful man.. just make his ass pay child support.. and trust me if he doesn't want anything to do with you or your child, then fuck him.. his loss

look i have a little girl who's 16mo old and her sperm donor hasnt sent her a penny or a pair of socks yet!! and he's 34!! boys will be boys. some just never grow up. those are the ones we need to force to be fathers since they arent ready to step up. your baby will deal with him when she gets older and tells him about himself. stay strong and keep your head up girl!

my baby's father and i spilt like that when i was for weeks. he claims he gonna take care of his responsibility but i havent seen any thing or a change. so now i just focus on me and my daughter she cant take care of her self and i have no time to be depressed and stressed with this big of a responsiblilty. i made goals for after my chld is here to go back t school. just get your life together on your own show him he wasnt a nessecity he was a want and that you can do it by yourself. that will hurt him the most in the end.

and if he lives in a diff state he can do the court appearance over the phone. the judge calls him when your in the courtroom and puts him on speakerphone. if he hangs up the court deals with him accordingly but they can put a freeze on his drivers license and he gets in trouble if he gets stopped for anything. they have their ways

You know what, I didn't know my mom for 13 years ... and my dad always just told me that my mom just couldn't be with me right now because of situations in her life, and as a kid, I accepted that, until I was old enough to understand the true reasons behind everything and finally met my mom, if he chooses not to then that's his choice, and your baby will have so much love from you that she wont take it too hard, especially if he's never been there!

Been there done that and moving forward. I was in the same situation 9 years ago with my daughters father and had to take it out when all you want is for him to be a dad. Get him girl put him on support he helped make her he needs to take care of here. But from experience from NC DSS system you have to stay on them or they will BS you like the father is.
