Well, there are some questions. If such a thing did happen, did they use a condom? If it was anal and they used a condom, and she took the sperm from the condom - they I say no, absolutely not. You cannot get pregnant anally, and a condom was used in addition.

Now, if no condom was used - which seems unlikely - for this to happen I could only fathom it occurring in the instance of him taking off the condom with the sperm in it and her removing the sperm from the condom nearly immediately after it was tossed; I really don't see anyone extracting sperm from their anus (fetishistic sexual practices aside)... however if no condom was used, while you cannot get pregnant anally, it's possible (highly unlikely I'd imagine, but possible none-the-less) that upon pulling out some ejaculate could come within the vicinity of the vagina. So, while what she did would have been unethical, it's also possible that conception could have occurred anywat had she not done it, no matter how unlikely that possibility was, so I don't know. I still don't think he should be, mostly because I don't see that scenario ever occurring, but I don't know. heh.

It's probably already been said but yes, he's responsible because anal or not, it was sex and there was still always the very real possibility of getting pregnant, even through those means.. If he really and truely didn't want children, he needs to wrap it up..

I don't remember the Op of the post she's talking about mentioning a condom at all. If I were a guy though and worried about getting a girl pregnant I would absolutely use a condom and get rid of it myself! No he didn't consent to this but he could have taken other measures to try and prevent it, other than butt sex lol.
