Then no I don't think he should be responsible. She went out of her way to ensure conception without his consent. Accidents are understandable, that is unforgivable. I think it's total crap that a woman can choose to get pregnant or not but a man has no choice what so ever.

I don't think he should have to, cause that's just mean and manipulative. But in the end I think legally he'd end up paying because it is, in fact, his child. Maybe men just shouldn't be so willing to have sex with crazy bitches...

What?!? I missed that post and that is the craziest thing I have heard. Wonder if it is actually true and if so why would you admit that you did that? Umm Im thinking technically no he shouldnt be responsible but then again I think every kid should know their parent and have a chance at the bestlife possible which would probably take the input of both parents. I still dont think that would be possible though if he released inside her butt really wonder how she got it out and then inserted inside and how quick she had to do that?

He DID have a choice though. He couldn't have chosen not to have sex with her or to use a condom, that's not hard. It would have prevented this situation.

Ummm I may be wrong but I think her point was that the chick saved the guys sperm without his knowledge or consent and he was actively avoiding having vaginal intercourse because he did not want to risk her getting pregnant. In this case I would say there is no way this poor guy should be held responsible for anything at all.
