almost 6wks preg and i've got milk.

Ok so I don't know if its milk, and its got nothing to do with being 6 weeks pregnant....buttttt

Before I found out I was pregnant in January of 07, my x husband noticed that when we was squeezing my boobs, "milk" came out of them (dont ask why he was squeezing them). It didnt leak, it didn't taste like milk, (c'mon, wouldnt you be curious) It only happened when my BB was squeezed a certain way.
I assumed it was just because I was PG and it was a normal body fluid. I even came on here to ask about it but didn't get any definate answers

Well I had a miscarriage in March of 07....and this whole time, it still has not stopped.

Its milky white, and comes out of both breasts. Does anybody have ANY clue as to what it is? I'm like, embarrassed to ask my doctor because I feel like its SO normal, and I just don't know what it is.

Colostrum, most likely. It's the stuff that comes before your milk. (Milk doesn't come in until after birth.)

Mine didnt completely dry up for months after my kids were born... and i started leaking when i was 2 months along so you prolly are going through the same thing...

I dont wanna freak you out but i would go to the doctor and get it checked!! My friend had a tummor in her head and it made her constantly leak from her boobs!! She finally went to the doctor to see why her breasts were doing this and they gave her a cat scan and it was a tummor!!

But I've had it for over a year, is that normal? I would say that my BBs have been like since late Nov of 2006

Atumor? Well I'm gonna ask the doctor but its not actually leaking....it doesnt come out at all unless I squeeze them.

That's probably why you still have colostrum after all this time. If you squeeze it out it will make you produce more. lol

Well, probably related to being preg. before, whether you miscarried or not and it just didn't dry up. And now you're preg again, so your body won't send out any signals to say "hey, stop it already" so you're probably gonna go like this until you wean your baby.

It probably won't hurt to get it checked out, for sure, but since you're preg again right now.... I'd assume it's just one of those normal things of pregnancy!

Hahaha well I understand that. My mom said the same thing, so I went about 4 months without touching them and then remembered it one day, squeezed and there it was.

I have a dr appt tomorrow I'm just gona ask. I'm crossing my fingers *in Arnold voice* ITS NOT A TUMOR.
