Custody problems.

Well me and my X have been off and on for 2 years now we have a 9month old and a new baby on the way. I want to move out of state back home with my family.. (im in florida and want to go back to Maryland) He keeps tellin me i cant leave with his daughter but i want to be with my family, sence we broke up last time he has gottin in to smoking crack and drinking alot. i wont let my daughter around it. and this new baby im not sure if it is his... i messed up and cheated and 4 weeks later i find out im pregnant but back to the subject can anyone please help me or give me advise on what to do.. i dont love him i cant stand him all we do is fight and there isnt any feelings there at all i just dont see y he wont let me go he dont help me take care of my daughter now..

he has to take you to court first, so i say go, and then when you get court papers deal with it, because he prolly wont take you to court for it

Has it been established through the courts that he is the father of your first? And do you have a custody arrangement? If not to either of those, just go. Fuck him.

If you can get proof, it definitely won't hurt to have it.

He is just using the kids to keep you around. Iwould move on to Maryland and then he would have to fight you there. Psst he probably has no intentions on taking you to court.

You dont' need his permission to move... I would just leave... you can't kidnap your own kid... unless there is a court order he has no say... Just don't tell him that.. he might get one... but if he's doing crack he's not going to get them anyways... fuck him, leave.

You should never just leave and take the kids you should establish something in court first, I got reprimanded for leaving with my daughter!

You always wanna look like the bigger person, and if you have proof of his crack you can get an emergency motion to leave with your children!!!!

You can take your baby out of state if there is no court order saying you can't.
