Medicaid Circumcision?

Does anyone know if Medicaid in Georgia still covers for boys to be circumsized? I've tried googling it, but I haven't gotten any real straight answers. All I've really come up with is that Medicaid doesn't pay for it in 13 states, but I haven't found anything that lists the 13 states.

If they don't I know its about 300 dollars.

in maine it dont, thats all i can tell ya... its 300.00 to get it done. i dont know what happened with my sons though! i never got charged for it, you could always call your doc and ask them, they would know

im from maine i moved to fl a year ago! HOW IS IT UP THERE? i want some good lobstah!   haha i will be there august 5-13 adn i cant wait

I'm probably going to call the medicaid office on Monday when they're openjust to make sure though. If anybody knows... they'd know.

I'm not sure about Georgia, but 8 years ago when I had my son, I was on Medicaid and they covered SOME of it. I think I got a bill for $164 from the hospital a couple months after my son was born. I hope this helps a little bit.

UGH, I don't like that website... Highly biased, in my opinion. I'm fairly certain the state-to-state info is true though.
