when i was living with my mom she was a cosmotologist(sp?) so she tought me everything i need to know. i dont put alot of stuff in it. just put this olive oil stuff on my scalp since my scalp is very dry and i have dandruff if i dont and the same cream i used on my hair. since ive been pregnant i have only straightened it once and that was today. other wise i let it go curly. and use this stuff to control it. and the ingredents have condition stuff in it. soo ehh i dunno. i was thinking about going to the doctor. because its getting rediclious. ohh and i never use brushes i always use combs. and if i use a brush its at the very last stage for the way i want my hair like to lay the edges down that are split.

Use vinegar it helps your ph balance in your hair and scalp. And if it has been a while get your hair trimmed tell them no razors or thinning sizzors that will just make your hair frizzy if your hair is curly. But if you want my proffesional opinion read my other questions. I would also like to know if the breakage is on thetop of your scalpor at the ends of your hair

It is possible you are using too much product in your hair. Hair is made of a few compounds and one is keratin which is a form of protein and most conditioners and sprays are loaded with them. A little can help boost the strength in your hair, too much can make it break! Like I went to school for PMTS and pm carries a conditioner called super strength conditioners and shampoo's or their Tea tree oil line this should only be used once a week.! Some women jus tover do it and ruin their hair.

And as far as using heat on your hair as a iron or dryer your only breaking your water bonds in the hair. you can use these tools on your hair everyday as long as you don't over dry it. Always towel dry first. to use less heat Paul mitchell has a product out that helps pull water out of your hair while towel drying it is called quick slip. it is awesome

It can be due to the pregnancy some people's hair grow alot and some people hair falls out so i doubt that it is because of you not taking care of your hair
