I made a cobbler with fresh strawberries and blueberries and a topping made out of crushed Keebler Pecan Sandies and a little brown sugar. It's tasty

OMG WHY did you write that? I'm coming down with some kind of nasty cold and I haven't worked out today (or yesterday for that matter), but all I want to do is eat comfort food and that sounds like exactly what I need.........Now I'm going to have to go upstairs and bake something. Thanks a lot. I'll blame you if I never get into my pre-pregnancy clothes again....

Sure! Here it is:

4 c. fresh strawberries
2 c. fresh blueberries
3 T. OJ
2 T. sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 coarsely chopped pecans (if you want)
20 crumbled Keebler Pecan Sandies cookies

Hull and quarter strawberries, and toss into lrg. bowl with all ingredients except cookies. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish and top evenly with cookies (you can add more if you want). Bake a 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Topping will be golden brown when done. Allow to cool before serving (though I like it cold best). Enjoy!

*Note: You can add more and/or different fruit, if you'd like. Just be sure to use more sugar, OJ, and cornstarch if you have more than 6 c. total of fruit. Frozen fruit doesn't work as well with this recipe, IMO. It turns out soupy.
