Is the cramping I'm feeling normal?

posted 19th Jul
So, for the last couple days I have been feeling this crampiness that feels similar to mestrual cramps. I haven't been too worried about it just for the fact that my baby is so low. When I got my 3D ultrasound done they had to go all the way down to my pelvic bone to see his face. But, anyways, I'm thinking it's just him moving his head around and it just feels crampy since he's so low. Let me know if any of you girls have had the same experience! Thanks =)

It could be him but its still a little to soon for you to be able to feel movment, unless this isn't your first baby? Its more likely your musals and ligaments streching. Its not fun but get use to it you have a lot of streaching to do. Inside and out.

Well, actually I'm not 9 weeks, I have nine weeks left. I'm 31 weeks. That's why I'm not greatly concerned, just wondering if anyone else has had the same feelings.

i get that sometimes. I asked my midwife what it was, and she said its just from his head being so low...

I am six weeks along and i have alot of menstrual like cramps.. i asked my Dr. about it and she said as long as it's not accompanied with spotting it is normal... she said it is just your uterus making room for the baby.

That's what I figured, but when I got to looking at a website it said crampy feeling are never normal. But, I've definitely learned not to go by what the internet says. So, who better to ask then people who may have gone through it?

I'm due Sept 20th also and started feeling cramping about 2 weeks ago that felt like i was about to get my period so i finally couldnt take it no more and went to my doc it turned out i started to effacing and then the contractions kicked, it turned out i was in early labor so now im on bedrest and taking medicine to control the cramping and contractions. You should mention it to you doctor b/c its better to be safe than sorry.

Oh wow, that's scary. Well then I am definitely going to mention it to my doctor, because I would hate to go into early labor knowing I could have done something to prevent it. Thank you. =)
