long periods on nuva ring

i started nuva ring the wednesday before last and i still have my period on it! has this happened to anyone? when will it go away?

Is it full on period? Or spotting? Alot of people when they first start a new birth control spot for the first couple of weeks. I went from the pill to the ring the next month, and my periods didn't change.

my periods only last a few days and im on the nuvaring...hope it gets better
