Pain in your lower right abdominal area is a sign of appendicitis. You will have to have it surgically removed before it ruptures if it is appendicitis. Do you have a fever or any other symptoms?

I agree. Right side = Appendicitis. If it's REALLY as bad you say it is, go find a surgeon. Otherwise.......

You should still get it checked out. Ectopic pregnancies can also cause one-sided pain and I think (don't quote me) that endometriosis can exhibit similar symptoms. You can also develop tumors on one ovary and not the other.

the only person who will know is the dr. i think you should just wait and go to the ER .. instead of getting answers from people that may worry you.

Oh you can also have an ovarian torsion, in which case blood supply is lost to the ovary. Time is of the essenceif you want to save your ovary.

I'm just talking from personal experience and what I have seen with patients at work. However, I always see them after a diagnosis is reached by a doctor so if it feels that bad, you should go to the ER. If you don't have insurance you can still be treatedby theER. Ask for fiancial assistance paperwork and they can often cut you a deal on your payments.
