How come

I understand why pregnant woman who are like 20 something weeks aren higher have to pee every 5 minutes but why mama's like me who are only 5 weeks? Its not like the little nut is pushing on my bladder! Omg it sucks ass because i do have to pee like ever 5-15 minutes! lol on top of that im melting in this heat :[ haha

because your uterus is expanding for the baby and pressing on your bladder while it does that, it hasn't yet moved up into your stomach area. And yeah it's a pain in the ass to wake up every hour of the night to pee.

Your uterus is starting to grow and stretch already to make room and that puts extra pressure on the bladder.

You think it's often now, but just wait. I feel the same way but I remember being 9 months and hardly sleeping because of it. It's a joy.

i remember when i was like- 2 months prego i was peeing constantly! i guess its just something about how you're uterus is getting bigger and taking up more space.

i remember last night i woke up at lest 6 times to pee & i didnt want to get up lol my bf kept saying "where could all that pee be coming from" haha

hahah, i know exactly what you mean because last night i was up literally 12 times to pee.

I hear ya, it's gotten to the point where I don't bother to turn on any lights,I stumble to the bathroom with my eyes closed, pee, wash my hands, and stumble back to bed, hoping that I'm still asleep enough to fall back asleep without a problem, though I don't know why it matters because I will just be getting up again in an hour or so to pee some more.
