:( i dont want to be a bad mom

My baby was just born on the 12th, and I knew it would be hard work, but yesterday I started crying because its SO tough... I'm only 16 and a mommy... I dont know if I can do it... successfully.  

It will be okay.
I had my baby girl the 16th and i just turned 17, it's hard but I already know it's worth it.

maybe you should have thought about that while you were pregnant and looked into adoption.

you can do it.. you have to be strong!!

16...25...its hard nomatter what age honey. Stick it out, it gets better you just need time to adjust

Having a baby is tough work. It's not a game and I don't think alot of people think about that before they have one. They think it will be all fun and games and cute and cuddley and it's not. You have good times, but a lot of tough ones, too. You've got to suck it up. You don't have much of a choice anymore. I'm sorry if this sounds like I'm being harsh, but it's the truth. It's not going to get any easier. You'll do fine, just don't over think things.

You can do it. Every mom goes through the same feelings no matter how old you are. I had Kaiden at 23, and I was scared shitless. I'm not gonna lie - it will be rough from time to time. But you can't have the good without the bad. Those rough days make the good ones that much better! Stay stong and use us girls/women as a support! Good luck and CONGRATS!

baby blues hun... itll get better. i went through the same thing and im 20!! just get as much rest when you can. itll help A LOT

It is hard,but you can get past it all. Just keep your head up, and keep going. In the long run when your baby is older & doing great. You will be so proud of the both of you for getting past it all.

Hey at 16 thats a lot to handle ...I wasn't even thinking about sex at 16...so I can just imagine. Just take a deep breath a good cry is good every now and then it clenses the soul... I hear the first year is the toughest!! Good luck sweetie just breath!

It's hard no matter what your age is.. But the first month or so goes by fast and you'll get the hang of it.. its the experience of being a first time mother..

I say you're very brave about keeping your baby and going through all of it.. Hope things work out great for you!

I had my first when I was 20 ... I was young and so overwhelmed. It IS so tough ... unbelievably so. It's hard to explain to anyone who hasn't gone through it! I think crying is pretty normal ... we're all pretty emotional when there's a new baby in the house. So, I'm sure you're doing fine, I promise.

It's scary to be a mom at any age. I'm 21, married with a planned pregnancy, & I'm scared to mess up -- it's normal. Just hang in there, and ask for help when you need it from family and friends. You'll make it OK.
