kick counts

Ok so I'm at that point where I need to be paying attention to kicks every hour. Dr said that I should feel 10 kicks or movements an hour. I over analyze everything so I'm probably doing it here to. Sometimes when my baby moves there is a combination three or four movements at a time, like a kick and a punch or a roll and a headbutt. So does that count as each individual movement or one big movement?

I have to do them as well. My doc just said to do them whenever he is most active during the day, because obviously if it's a time when he doesn't move much I'm not going to get 10 kicks. Anyways, my little guy does jabs and kicks at once I count them at one. I don't know if that's how u r suppose to do it or not, but that's what I do. During his active hours he will kick around 18 times in 15 minutes! He likes to move it move it! hehe

All those movements at once I count individually... So the kick, roll, headbutt in 2 secs I count as three movements.... how is everyone else doing it?

If I remember right, your supposed to count each individual movement. I hated those... and was really bad about doing them.  

i haven't really been counting as long as I'm feeling her move, she really never stops. I just thought I had better be prepared in case something happens I need to know what to look for! LOL
